Total scammer. After 10 smooth transactions, they pulled a fast one on me. I wanted to swap Bitcoin for Monero and was shown that I’d get 3.3 XMR for my Bitcoin. I went ahead as usual, sent the Bitcoin they asked for, and right after the BTC was sent, I noticed the amount had dropped to 2.4 XMR.

When I called support to complain, he said he’d reverse the whole deal but was just stalling.

Today, he outright refused to undo the transaction. It’s just €170 I’ve lost, but still, it stings.

I can’t suggest using this exchanger; there are plenty of others out there that are faster and offer better rates.

And I’m pretty sure they don’t scam people! :)

It's been over a day since I transferred my coins, and your service still shows them as deactivated. I shot you an email mentioning that the coins are on the BEP20 network, which might be the reason they haven't shown up. I also provided the transaction hash. Unfortunately, the coins seem to have vanished, and I haven't heard back from you yet.

I accidentally chose a super low transaction fee for my Bitcoin transfer, and it took a whole day to get confirmed. But Karsha was super patient and kept my order active. As soon as the transaction finally went through, my order was wrapped up in under 5 minutes, and I got ARDR in my wallet. They didn’t request any info beyond what was necessary to handle my order. I'm totally satisfied and will surely use it again.

Quick and seamless, just the info needed for the transfer you asked for. Their customer service is solid if you ever need it, but honestly, you might not have to reach out since their system works so well.
